'Hreem' (ह्रीं) is described in the 'Shaktisangama Tantra' as the bija of Mahamaya or Bhuvaneshwari, the goddess of cosmic illusion and sovereignty. 'Kleem' (क्लीं) is the bija of Kama (desire), Kali (time), and Krishna (attraction), as per the 'Tantraraja Tantra'.
